Call to Order.

Notice of Open Meeting Law.  (This is a public meeting subject to the Nebraska Open Meetings Act.  A current copy of the law is posted on the wall to your right.)

Roll Call.

Approval of Minutes of the March 21, 2011 meeting.

 

 I.      REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:              

• Derek and Kerry Ahl, 9117 Valley View Drive, LaVista, NE, request a special exception to the Sarpy County Zoning Regulations for Lot 2, Hanson’s Lake Replat 7 (1808 Platte River Drive, Bellevue, NE) to allow a 10’ variance to the 25’ front yard setback requirement in an RD-50 Zoning District.

 II.      ADJOURNMENT

The Board will meet on the third (3rd) Monday of each month, if required. At each scheduled meeting the Board will take action on items of business after the necessary public hearing(s) have been held on items currently before the Board.
